​CPII-Certified Private Insurance Investigator

CPII – Certified Private Insurance Investigator is a professional designation for Private Investigators/Detectives looking to expand their education and knowledge in this unique field and to create opportunities to work within the insurance industry. The purpose of the CPII is to provide the investigator with detailed knowledge that was always kept private to the insurance personnel only.

Private Investigators /Detectives are an extension of an insurance company’s fraud and investigative teams. Most insurance companies require these individuals to maintain a high level of education and continuous education on fraud and investigations, training similar to what the insurance companies require of their personnel.

The certification program is accessible through E-learning/self-study on any internet-connected device. The program consists of 18 online modules with an assessment after every module. Maintaining your certification is accessible by simply taking our two-hour refresher course required every two years.
